Perunov goes 4-for-5 to Ignite Sharks Offense
The Sydney Sharks beat the Sao Paulo Pilots, 10-4, at Blacktown International Sportspark. Sydney right fielder Grigori Perunov had the hot bat. He went 4-5 with a double and 3 singles, while scoring 2 and driving in 3. With the loss, Sao Paulo drops to 0-2.

With Sydney leading 2-0 in the bottom of the second, Perunov hit a 2-run single off Sao Paulo hurler Luca Maundrell. It was the 5th hit of the season for Perunov and put his team ahead, 4-0.

"We took advantage of our opportunities," Perunov told the Sydney Bulletin. "It's as simple as that."
