Reynaldo Marroquín put on a hitting clinic as the Daytona Beach Cruisers dumped the La Paz Toppers, 17-0, at Las Alturas Park.
The Daytona Beach second baseman made La Paz defenders earn their pay, lashing La Paz pitching for 5 hits in 7 at-bats in the game. He told BNN reporters after the game that his strategy was "just hit it where they pitched it."
