5 Straight Wins for Sharks
|
Sydney Sharks starter Daljit Mayappan hurled his team past the Moscow Thunder Bears, 7-2. The Thunder Bears fall to 14-18 and continue their uneven start to the 2062 season.
The outcome was still in doubt with two out in the top of the fifth inning, but Mayappan was able to pitch out of a jam. With the bases loaded and Moscow trailing 2-0, Mayappan retired Isacco Aglietti, who lined out.
