Hebrew Hammers Get Clutch Win, 5-4
The Jerusalem Hebrew Hammers overcame a pretty good performance by Tokyo designated hitter Matthew Woods, beating the Pearls, 5-4, in 13 innings. Woods went 4-5 with a home run, a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. At 35-27, the Hebrew Hammers claim first place in the GBC EurAsia Division.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the 13th for Jerusalem. That's when Han-wu Ku hit a run-scoring double off 37-year old right-handed pitcher Tye Whitford to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"We didn't let this one get away," said Ku.
