Zadoyan goes 3-for-5, Leads Gamblers to Win
Riding the 3-hit performance of the two-time All-Star Vandika Zadoyan, the Atlantic City Gamblers stopped the New Orleans Crawdads, 9-0, in 9 innings. Dewey McKim picked up the win, improving his season record to 8-6. He struck out 5 in 5.2 innings. Jesús Martínez recorded his 9th save for Atlantic City.

Atlantic City used the hitting of Mauro Díaz to pick up the win. The third baseman clubbed a 3-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Gamblers on top, 9-0. For the game, Díaz had 1 home run and 2 singles in 4 at-bats.

"We didn't put our best foot forward tonight," said losing manager Joe Jackson.

The Gamblers are now 78-84, while the Crawdads fall to 73-89.
