Moscow starter Samuel Vankrimpen pitched well against the London Monarchs at London Stadium. The right-hander led his team to a win, 6-4. Vankrimpen got the win, improving to 6-12. Chia-kang Zhang had a big run-scoring double for the Thunder Bears in the top of the fifth inning. It was his 12th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Thunder Bears ahead, 3-1.

"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Zhang.
