The Buenos Aires Brisas went down to defeat to Hsin-ping Loh and his Sydney teammates. The final score was 5-2, Sharks, in 10 innings. The first-place Sharks now have a record of 80-62.

Ilia Arakchaa came through with a big-time hit for Sydney. The shortstop smacked a solo home run in the top of the tenth inning to give his team the lead, 3-2. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"We've been playing some good baseball," Arakchaa told the Sydney Bulletin. "We're aggressive and focused on what we're going to do on the field and getting it done."
