Williams Leads Krill to 4-1 Win over Brownies
|
The Bikini Krill beat the Brook Park Brownies, 4-1, at Forever Field. Starting pitcher Nelson Williams was a big reason why. He held his opponent in check all game. Winston Morris got credit for the save for Bikini. It was his 16th of the year. Bikini has now won 5 in a row.
Williams allowed no runs on 1 hit over 6 innings for the Krill. He walked no one. With the win, he is 6-6 with an ERA of 4.76.
"Nelson had good arm action, good stuff," said Bikini manager Kate Fiscus.
