Okubo Lifts Kernels to 9-7 Triumph
Des Moines designated hitter Ken'ichi Okubo helped his team beat the Yellow Springs Nine, 9-7. Okubo went 4 for 5 for the Kernels. Pancho Méndez notched the win in relief.
