Interior Series Goes the Distance, Reno Prevails
The joy and relief on the faces of the Reno Aces players was obvious as they celebrated their Interior Series win over the Bismarck Churchills.

"In a series like this, the smallest thing can make the difference in how it turns out," said Reno third baseman Barðþ Tanju, shortly after the 5-4 win that clinched the series 2-1. "We're happy we did what it takes to get it done."

The team is now off to the Series of Accountability.

Tanju won series MVP honors on the strength of his .500 batting average during the series. He also had a .583 on-base percentage and 0 home runs, drove in 1 RBI and scored 4 runs.

The Reno Aces will play against the High Point Hammers in the next round. High Point won their series against the Winnipeg Black Drums 2 games to 0. The Series of Accountability is scheduled to begin on September 7th , 2063.
