Oranges Move on to The Big One
|
On paper, the Orlando Oranges will be credited with a 2-0 sweep of the Austin Rattlers in the The Granville-Roundfield Decision, to advance to the The Big One.
In reality, said starting pitcher Armando Ortíz, it was a lot harder-fought than that might suggest.
"They are a great team and although we won every game, it wasn't easy by any stretch of the imagination," he said.
Orlando won the final game by a 6-2 score at Magnum XL Field "The Rock".
