Moscow Win Evens Series at 3
The Moscow Thunder Bears and the Cairo Pharaohs will take the Wild Series to a decisive 7th game. In a must-win situation, the Thunder Bears beat the Pharaohs, 4-2, at Pyramid Park to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Moscow right-hander EwungaGoiba Ghera had a big role in the win. He threw 7.0 innings of 6-hit ball.

Moscow used the hitting of Ryobe Watanabe to pick up the win. The third baseman clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Thunder Bears on top, 4-2. For the game, Watanabe had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

Said losing manager James Monger: "Not taking anything away from them, but we swung the bats better than what it showed."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Pyramid Park in Cairo.
