Home Loss Shrinks River Monsters Series Lead to 3-2

Already down in the Doubleday Series, the Hawaii Tropics put on their best show, beating the Twin Cities River Monsters by a final score of 4-2. Erik Brooks was special. He threw 6.0 innings of 3-hit ball. Hawaii now trails Twin Cities 3-2 in the best-of-7 affair.
Armando Medina had a direct impact on the outcome. Medina contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the eighth inning to put Hawaii up, 4-2.
"It's nice to deliver when your team's counting on you," said Medina.
The next game is set to be played for Sunday, October 14th , 2063 at ‘Iolani Palace in Honolulu.
