Austin Shredders starter Pablo Guerrero was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the Las Vegas Hustlers, 4-2. Nelson Middlebrooks closed out the game, earning his 4th save. The win gives Austin a record of 6-7.

Austin went in front, 3-1, on Takanobu Komatsu's 2nd home run of the season. The solo home run, which Komatsu hit in the top of the seventh, left Las Vegas pitcher Owen Geddes visibly perturbed.

"We put together a nice win," Komatsu said.
