Vancouver Nets 7-6 Win Versus Krill

Both teams had their chances, but the Vancouver Mounties eventually prevailed.
The Vancouver Mounties faced a tough opponent in Bikini pitcher Jon Brown, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Forever Field by a final score of 7-6. Brown went 5 innings and allowed 1 run. The third-place Mounties have won 6 in a row.
Oskar Lojdahl provided a timely hit. The Vancouver shortstop delivered a 2-run triple in the top of the ninth inning to put the Mounties on top, 7-6. It was his only hit in the game, but he made it count.
"We're obviously playing with a lot of confidence," said Vancouver manager Hung-k'uei Cui.
