3-2 River Monsters Win over Black Sox Evens Season Record
The Twin Cities River Monsters eked out a 3-2 win versus the Chicago Black Sox at Land O' Lakes Ballpark. Nobody did more than pitcher Will Ritter. He was terrific. The victory gives Twin Cities a record of 20-20.

Don Moore drove in one run for Twin Cities. The 32-year old designated hitter had a key at-bat in the bottom of the seventh. With one out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Manuel Ramos. It was his 27th RBI of the season.

"Really good pitchers have that ability to raise their game when they need to," said Twin Cities manager Gerald Brandt.
