The Mexico City Aztecs picked up a win at The Tap Room, knocking off the San Antonio Outlaws, 7-6, in 14 innings. On the mound for Mexico City was left-hander Bryan Cunningham. He played a pivotal role in the triumph. Picking up his 1st save was 33-year old left-handed pitcher Richard Lawrence. With the win, Mexico City lifts its record to 2-3.

Tommy O'Keefe drew 1 walk, while adding 2 RBI for Mexico City. The 25-year old second baseman had a key at-bat in the top of the 14th. With two out and the bases loaded, he broke a 4-4 tie with a run-scoring walk off Ángel López. It was his 1st walk of the season.

"These kind of wins can be so good for a club's psyche," Mexico City manager Markus O'Byrne said.
