Cobble Hill Robins starter Larry Jensen pitched a good game to help his team take down the Mexico City Aztecs, 8-1. Jensen, now 4-6, was the winner. In 6.1 innings, he gave up 1 hit, while striking out 6, walking 3, and allowing 1 run. Cobble Hill is now 17-36. Mexico City is 20-33.

Eduardo Medine had a big 2-run home run for the Robins in the bottom of the second inning. With Cobble Hill trailing 1-0 and a runner on 2nd, he sized up a fastball from Tim Gingras, the 34th overall pick in the 2056 draft, and punished it. The result was his 3rd home run of the season, which put the Robins on top, 2-1.

"They took it to us," said Mexico City manager Markus O'Byrne.
