Bikini turned a good performance from starting pitcher Paul Glass into a 3-2 triumph over the Long Beach Surfers at Forever Field. Enrique Villarreal notched the win in relief. The left-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 1.2 innings. His record now sits at 4-1. The 6th-place Krill hiked their record to 59-65.
Bikini got a knockout punch from Keith Williams. The shortstop hammered a solo home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.
"Every time I step on the mound, I want to go out there and compete and bring my best game," said Glass.
