FL's Top Rookie Selected Thursday, November 7th , 2058 Ricardo Norman put together some impressive numbers for Des Moines to garner enough votes for the Frick League Joe Gillstrom Newcomer of the Year. The Kernels third baseman took the honor by hitting .330 in 125 games this season and finishing with 157 hits, 23 home runs, 68 RBIs and 73 runs scored. Mark Lolololo of the Nashville Bluebirds finished second in voting, while Alvin Conley of the Portland Lumberjacks finished third. |
