Matthes Goes Cycling Friday, May 19th , 2062 Chicago left fielder Dave Matthes had a stellar day at Dunn Field. His 5-hit day included a cycle and 2 RBI and was instrumental in the 3-1 Black Sox victory over the Valencia Stars. "I felt just about perfect up there," Matthes said. Dave Matthes singled in the 1st, hit an RBI triple in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Eduardo Moreno in the 9th.
