Sluggers-Surfers Trade: Owor for Geddes Monday, August 28th , 2062 Earlier today, officials from the Louisville Sluggers and the Long Beach Surfers announced that they had finalized negotiations on a trade between the two teams. The deal will send 25-year old minor league LF Badrak Owor to Long Beach in exchange for 27-year old RHP Frank Geddes and 19-year old minor league RHP Tanyu Ito. So far this season, Geddes has picked up 2 saves in 62 relief appearances. He has also compiled a 3-4 won-lost mark with a 2.67 ERA and fanned 50 batters in 77.2 innings. |
