Cyclones Mathematically Out of Playoffs Monday, September 4th , 2062 Fans of the Omaha Cyclones have long since given up hope of the club making a serious playoff push this season. But now those hopes are officially gone, as the club was mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. The Cyclones have missed the playoffs 39 times in their 68 years as a Brewster Baseball Association franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 5th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2057. In the last 10 seasons, the Cyclones have made the playoffs 4 times. |
