Yellow Springs-Long Beach Announce Deal Friday, November 10th , 2062 Proving the old adage that one man's trash is another man's treasure, the Nine announced today the acquisition of 19-year old minor league 2B Dani Barrios from the Long Beach Surfers in exchange for 25-year old C Guillermo Espinoza. "This isn't the deal of the century," acknowledged the Nine, "but we think it will improve the direction of both teams." Lifetime Espinoza has hit .230 with 107 hits, 12 home runs, 51 RBIs and scored 36 runs. |
