Villa and Williams Dealt Thursday, November 16th , 2062 It is being reported in Louisville that the Sluggers and the Charlotte Flyers have agreed on a trade. According to anonymous sources 25-year old minor league RF Stan Williams and 23-year old minor league 3B Rick Southern will be dealt to the Flyers in return for 29-year old SS José Villa. Charlotte will retain a portion of Villa's remaining contract. In his 427-game career Villa has hit .233 with 269 hits, 8 home runs, and 95 RBIs and has scored 105 runs. |
