Brooklyn, Phoenix Agree to Swap Friday, December 1st , 2062 The Robins announced today the acquisition of 31-year old LHP Noori bin Mu'awiyah from the Phoenix Talons in exchange for 18-year old minor league LF Saqr Nazeeh and 20-year old minor league 2B Hilel bin Umayr. "This isn't the biggest deal out there," acknowledged the Robins, "but it should help out both clubs." Since he broke in, bin Mu'awiyah has picked up 5 wins, 14 losses and 3 saves. He has posted a 4.96 ERA and recorded 197 strikeouts in 207 innings. |
