Eduardo Brawner seeing benefits from intense new workout routine

Eduardo Brawner and coaching staff agreed that this offseason it would be more beneficial for him to prioritize strength and durability over skill refinement. As such, he dedicated his winter to working on a comprehensve strength and conditioning program, focused on building a foundation to allow him to better endure the rigors of a full season.
His offseason program combined strength conditioning, mobility exercises, and injury prevention strategies. Eduardo Brawner made incredible improvements to his physical resilience, clearly evident as he showed up for spring training. He also reworked his recovery techniques to help maintain his strength during the season, when the focus will be far more on on-field performance than time in the gym.
As the new season approaches, Eduardo Brawner feels stronger and more confident than ever. "Staying healthy is key to long-term success," he said. With his focus on durability, Eduardo Brawner seems set to enter the season ready to perform.
