Prieto Wins JL Player of the Week Honors Monday, April 30th , 2063 It was some kind of week for Wilson Prieto of the Atlantic City Gamblers. First he hits the heck out of the ball, ripping it at a .480 clip and the next thing you know, he is voted the Player of the Week in the Johnson League. Last week Prieto went 12-for-25, chalked up 3 home runs and 5 RBIs and scored 6 runs. Not a bad week's work at all. Currently Prieto is hitting .250 and has collected 7 home runs, 11 RBIs and scored 16 times, while playing in 25 games. |
