Done Deal: Ou-yang for Iwamoto Monday, June 18th , 2063 Valencia and Vancouver have swapped players. The Stars announced today that they have sent 31-year old RHP Qing-lai Ou-yang to the Mounties in exchange for 38-year old RHP Kinzo Iwamoto and 18-year old minor league RHP José Alaniz. Vancouver will retain a portion of Iwamoto's remaining contract. To date, Ou-yang has a 2-7 mark in 13 starts with a 4.15 ERA. He has given up 66 hits in 69.1 innings, struck out 68 and issued 27 walks. Opposing clubs have compiled a .249 batting average against him. In the current season in 14 starts, Kinzo Iwamoto has a record of 5-6 with 63 strikeouts in 87.2 innings and a 3.59 ERA. |
