JL Player of the Week Selected Monday, September 3rd , 2063 His face might be sunbaked after all the years he's invested in this game, but 36-year-old Badr Isam of the Rosenblatt Bombers is still playing a kid's game -- and getting paid for it. The veteran shortstop had a tremendous week and was named the Johnson League Player of the Week. Isam drilled 13 hits in 32 at-bats and 4 home runs on his way to posting a .406 average.
