Hits Blitz for Coyotes Kimutai Saturday, August 5th , 2062 Mahjoub Kimutai of the Albuquerque Coyotes had an outstanding game against the Gunslingers. His 6-hit day included a cycle and 3 runs batted in as Albuquerque picked up a win, 7-6, at The Valley at Dollywood. "My bat felt great, I was seeing the ball well and I found some gaps," he said. "As a hitter, it's all you can ask for." Mahjoub Kimutai singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, tripled in the 5th, doubled in the 7th, hit a two-run home run off Moananani Nana in the 8th, grounded out in the 10th and hit an RBI single in the 12th. This season, Kimutai has banged out 155 hits in 459 at-bats for a .338 average with 16 home runs. He is getting on base at a .377 pace and his totals also include 56 RBIs and 64 runs scored.
