Mata Blisters Saint Paul Wednesday, August 9th , 2062 Today at Old League Park, the Saint Paul Riverhawks topped the Pasco Platypus in spite of a standout batting performance by third baseman Manuel Mata. Mata had a very impressive day at the plate, spanking Saint Paul pitching for 5 base hits, but couldn't do enough for a win. Saint Paul whipped Pasco by the score of 5-4. Manuel Mata singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a two-run single in the 8th, flied out in the 10th, singled in the 12th and grounded out in the 15th.
