Tai Extends Hit Streak to 32 Games Tuesday, September 5th , 2062 Alika Tai has been on a tear for several weeks, and his hitting streak just keeps getting longer. The 24-year-old Salt Lake City Alpines left fielder extended his streak to 32 games, going 1-for-4 as Salt Lake City got the best of the Black Hills Rally at Mountain Park, 2-1. "Alika has been playing real well lately and we're proud of him," Alpines manager Millard Foreman said. Alika Tai struck out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th and grounded out in the 8th. Currently Tai is batting .377 with 8 home runs and 37 RBIs. |
