Season Possibly Over for Çelik Lüfi Friday, June 29th , 2063 The season is ending on a bad note for Çelik Lüfi, catcher for the Saint Paul Riverhawks. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Lüfi was hurt against the New Jersey Devils while running the bases. He suffered a broken bone in the elbow and will be out for at least 8-9 months. Looking at his season stats, Lüfi has compiled a .282 batting average and a .358 on-base percentage, while hitting 7 home runs and driving in 19 runs. |
