García Dominates Alpine Valley Saturday, September 1st , 2063 Aurelio García kept the Alpine Valley Snow Creatures hitters from doing much damage at Shotz Field. Alpine Valley could only muster 8 hits and draw no walks against the left-handed García, who controlled them throughout the game. Santa Cruz won the contest, 7-0. García added 9 strikeouts in his complete-game effort. "I don't know if I was on or if they were off today," García told reporters after the shutout win. "But whatever it was, I hope it happens again next time." To date this season, García has a record of 8 wins and 5 losses and a 2.19 ERA.
