Aqua Sox Heading to Round 2 Friday, August 26th , 2061 The Monclova Aqua Sox and Castroville Fighting Artichokes hooked up in a classic Round 1 that went right down to the wire. In the end, it's Monclova heading off to the Round 2, after a 9-1 win at Ballpark of Paducah tonight earned the 4-3 series win. Outside Ballpark of Paducah, whether they were supporters of Monclova or Castroville, many fans talked about how it was a series they would never forget. Octávio Hernández played the hero for the Aqua Sox in the series, as his MVP performance included a .464 batting average, with a .500 on-base percentage. He also had 0 home runs, 4 RBI and scored 3 runs. The Monclova Aqua Sox will play against the Roswell Aliens in the next round.
