Confer Sensational, 5-for-6 Tuesday, July 3rd , 2063 A big day at bat for Claudio Confer of the Lexington Sycamores still ended with a loss. The Lexington left fielder did all he could do, going 5-for-6, but it was not enough to overcome the Kingston Kodiaks. They triumphed over Lexington, 12-11, at Rippers Ballpark. Claudio Confer singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, grounded out in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and hit a two-run double in the 8th.
