Big 3-HR Day for Davidson Monday, July 30th , 2063 Monclova Aqua Sox catcher Bill Davidson was on fire, ripping three home runs in the 12-10 Aqua Sox win over the Mazatlan Guardafaros at Pacifico Park. "The first two, I got all of them and it was no doubt they were gone," Davidson said. "The last one I got lucky. It seemed like the wind helped it a little. Old Mother Nature helped me get into the record books." For the game, Davidson went 3-for-5 with 5 RBIs and 3 runs scored. Bill Davidson hit a three-run home run off Kojiro Takahashi in the 2nd, grounded out in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Anastasio Alejadre in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Manuel Pitt in the 8th. So far this year, Davidson is hitting .289 with 6 home runs. |
