Anchorage Eliminated from Playoff Contention Tuesday, August 12th , 2064 Despite their best efforts to remain in the race, the playoff chase is over for the Anchorage Polar Bears. The club has now been mathematically eliminated from clinching a postseason berth. Before this season, the Polar Bears last missed the playoffs in 2062. In the 30 years they have been a Spike Nolan League franchise, they have missed the playoffs 22 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Polar Bears have only made the playoffs once. |
