Sullivan Pitches Scholars to Shutout Victory Saturday, July 15th , 2062 Bogota Scholars pitcher Tom Sullivan really got it done at Scholars Hall in a 2-0 shutout victory over the Punto Fijo Drillers, shutting them down on 4 hits. "It was just one of those games where everything went right. I threw a lot of strikes," Sullivan said. "And the pitches they did get to hit, they didn't do anything with them." The 20-year-old issued no walks and had 8 strikeouts in the Scholars win. Sullivan has posted a 2-4 record for the year with a 3.97 ERA.
