No Late-Season Magic Coming: Hermosillo Out of Playoffs Friday, August 25th , 2062 In what left fielder Pablo Castillo called a "devastating blow" for baseball fans in Hermosillo, the Hermosillo Naranjeros won't be a part of the playoffs this season. They were officially eliminated from contention earlier today. This is the club's 9th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2053. In total, the Naranjeros have missed the playoffs 23 times in their 28-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Naranjeros have only made the playoffs once. |
