Cat Island Sweeps into the The Showdown Monday, August 28th , 2062 The Cat Island Pirates outclassed the Kingston Legends in all facets of the game throughout the SL2 The Face Off. The end result was a Cat Island series sweep to advance to the The Showdown, capped off by a 10-4 win in the final game. "We're a bit surprised it's over in a sweep, to be honest with you," said second baseman Jorge Million, who hit .400 in the series. Million's standout effort garnered him MVP honors.
