SL2 Outstanding Pitcher Award Announced Friday, September 22nd , 2062 Bill Cooper of the Tortuga Tides fired on all cylinders in 2062 and dominated Sub League 2 batters. For his superb season he has been selected the Outstanding Pitcher Award winner. During the year Cooper compiled a 4-2 record, a 1.53 ERA and 73 strikeouts while working 88.1 innings. He received 32 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Liberio Rosas of the Havana Cigars finished second in voting, while Mike Remington of the Port au Prince Purple Aces finished third.
