Central America Sits Atop Conference 1 Monday, February 13th , 2062 On the field, they performed valiantly this season, officially capturing the 6th Conference 1 crown in franchise history. Off the field, the Central America Conquistadors celebrated like excited schoolboys - yelling, chanting, singing and looking forward to the future with incredible optimism. "It's not hard to get excited about this group of guys and what we can do," said reliever Rubén Jiménez. "I don't think there's anyone in International Finishing Consortium who doesn't think we can win the Round 1 and at the very least, we've got respect around the league."
