Hernández Sizzles -- Smokes Monarchs for 6 Hits Friday, February 16th , 2063 Félix Hernández was sizzling at the plate. In a game played at Monarchs Park, the Western Europe first baseman blistered the Africa Monarchs for 6 hits in 6 at-bats to pace his club to a good 24-11 victory. "Hernández was too tough to get out," Monarchs skipper Mark Steele said in his postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Félix Hernández hit an RBI double in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 5th, walked in the 6th, hit a two-run single in the 7th and hit a three-run home run off Michael Nelson in the 9th.
