Parkinson Is King of Swing: Goes Deep 3 Times

London Monarchs right fielder Brad Parkinson left the Buenos Aires pitching staff in ruins at London Stadium today, beating the Brisas 13-4 with a prodigious three-home run performance.
"The last one was totally unexpected," Parkinson told reporters at the press conference following his big game. "I just wanted to make good contact, never thinking I would get a home run, and bang, I got number three."
For the game, the London right fielder had 3 hits in 5 at-bats, drove in 7 and scored 3 runs.
Brad Parkinson hit a two-run home run off Makin bin Isma'il in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off David bin Adnan in the 5th, flied out in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off Michael Newcombe in the 8th.
This year Parkinson has collected a .243 batting average to date with 115 hits in 473 at-bats, 76 RBIs, 30 home runs and scored 70 times. He has played in 122 games.
