Nalani Gets August's Rookie Trophy Friday, September 1st , 2062 A newcomer to the league, Alapai Nalani sewed up the Global Baseball Consortium Rookie of the Month Award today after posting stout numbers last month as a starter for Buenos Aires. In August he had a fine 4-0 mark as he compiled a 2.94 ERA. Nalani also tossed 29 strikeouts in 33.2 innings. In 29 starts this year, Nalani has recorded a 9-11 record and a 4.08 ERA. |
