Sharks Out of Playoff Race Saturday, September 9th , 2062 Fans of the Sydney Sharks will no doubt soon start turning their attention to next season -- if they haven't already. The team today was officially eliminated from playoff contention. The Sharks have made the playoffs 6 times in their 26 years as a Global Baseball Consortium franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 6th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2056. In the last 10 seasons, the Sharks have only made the playoffs once. Sydney has won the Grand Slam Cup by Denny's, Marko and Subaru 4 times in their history. |
