 | Plug Pulled on Magsi -- Skipper Fired in Kinshasa Sunday, September 25th, 2044 Kinshasa River Kings general manager Baha al Din bin Arfan today fired his manager, Kadir Magsi, citing "failure to utilize all elements of his roster properly." Speaking to reporters while cleaning out his office, Magsi was asked to comment on that assessment. "Part of a team's success comes from the talent that is put on the field every day. It's common knowledge that the River Kings are missing a few key components," he said. "I got the best out of the talent I was given. Maybe the wrong person was fired?" |   |
