5-Hit Barrage by Bailey Wednesday, July 11th , 2063 Today at Free State Grounds, the Ndali Barons topped the Bloemfontein Cats in spite of a standout batting performance by first baseman Joe Bailey. Bailey had a very impressive day at the plate, spanking Ndali pitching for 5 base hits, but couldn't do enough for a win. Ndali whipped Bloemfontein by the score of 7-4. Joe Bailey doubled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Rich Daley in the 7th, singled in the 9th and hit an RBI single in the 11th.
